"Insights" is a resource and blog site dedicated to provide the visitor (reader) timely articles, and resources, in the areas of Counseling and Therapy, EAP Focused Services, Life and Executive Coaching, and Consulting. This site's purpose is to provide information for the reader gaining timely knowledge and insights pertaining to various targeted areas. The name "Insights" was derived from comments, so often mentioned by clients during and after their sessions, their services were insightful or they gained growth during their journey receiving services So, this was a great name for the website to assist the reader, and visitor, to be able to gain knowledge, to "become more insightful".

I plan to offer a range of timely posts with the addition of timely topics, news from various mental health, EAP, therapy, and coaching resources with a prevention accent.  My commitment is to help the visitor gain knowledge to provide some assistance in their personal or professional life. Through the blog experience, they may decide to create new goals or intentions for life enhancement.

My mission is to empower individuals, through their work in counseling, coaching, consulting, and by visiting this website to create their best life. My belief is that everyone has the ability to achieve greatness, make positive changes, and unlock their inner potential with education.

 

The blog will provide the visitor with the latest, evidenced based trends and articles to enhance knowledge and develop possibly new skills.  A range of topics may include the areas of mindfulness, leadership, communication (couple-family-business), parenting, goal setting, life design, mental health, stress and time management, life transitions, conflict resolution, and more.
